A Rough Morning
The kids did not stay up on New Years eve, none of us did. Why? They wanted to but it would have just made things so much tougher the next day. Gregory would have been the only one to make it and the rest would have been up far to late trying. They did stay up a little later than normal and the next morning they looked rough enough.
Maybe when they are old enough to understand the ball drop they can stay up to watch it. Solo, I need rest.

Enjoy these mornings! you'll miss them one day...
I'm the only one in my house who made it 'til midnight. Ryan was asleep by 10...as usual. Hmph.
